Thankful!

I am thanful.
Thankful that everyday I can decide to get out of bed and move.

That when I do choose to move that I feel better, stronger, need less pain medicine and have less pain.

Thankful that I can do things my way, tho sometime modified from what I use to do.

Thankful that I don't have some of the horrific diseases or situations that others have had to live with this year.

Thankful that I can choose how I live, believe and celebrate.

Thankful that we have been so blessed, with the easy life that we have here in America.

Thankful that we are able to give of ourselves.

Thankful for you family and friends.
