Traditional Diets

So what kind of foods do you eat?

Do you crave certain things? What are they?

What were your favorite foods you mother fixed?

What about your Grandmother, did she fix something to eat that you are missing today.
Were your childhood meals balanced?

What flavors do you really dislike? Is there a pattern to your likes and dislikes?

When you eat carbs do you feel satisfied? lethargic?

What about protein? Heavy or energized?

Fats? Nauseated? Full?

The way your body reacts when you eat the essentials will tell you what you need to add or subtract from your diet.

Pay attention.
