Fat

Have you ever wondered what makes fat. Well of course too much food. Not enough exercise. Consuming too much fat? Yeah right

Have you ever look at a cow and what a cow eats. Um they don't eat fat. they eat grass and corn. How about a pig, there again, no meat or fats are consumed. Domestic eat scraps, and corn. Wild eat roots and nuts.
What about bears. Um yes they will consume meats if necessary, but they prefer, berries and nuts, honey.
Horses eat grasses and they have a pretty hefty body, thin legs, not exactly fat, but big.
Elephants, hippos, umm grasses and grains. All these animals have some fat, walk or run alot in their natural habitates.
Okay know what about coyotes, wild dogs, the big cats, lean, energy, fast for short spurts. Yep they consume meat, along with some wild grasses.

Which do you want to be. Go ahead and tell me they also have different digestive systems, metabolise differently and you are right.

Again great apes, lots of veg and fruits, no or little meat, thinner limbs with large belly's for the most part. At least after they become adults. As younger apes, they are more active, but once activity wains they become heavy thru the middle.

So which do you want to be. Are you really listening to the SAD diet, it really is sad. What about the rest of the insane diets out there.

All you really need to do is keep track of what you are eating. Put it into perspective, watch portions but be honest with servings. Eat from all the food groups but forget the plate or pyramid they are giving you. Figure out the difference between full and satiety. Stop processed foods. You can eat from all the food groups, just make it fit you.
