Wondering?

Wondering why my friends and family whom have government jobs have time to send me forwarded jokes and "psa" from junk email all the time.

Not only are they wasting my time they are wasting their time and my tax dollars.
They also take the risk of sabotaging the computer systems owned by us.

Ridiculous.
